Thirty guests enjoyed Magnums of 2009 Caymus, Napa Cab. and 2007 Beringer, Knights Valley Cab. Favorite beer of the evening was Drakes, Drakonic Imperial Stout. These selections were paired with Beef Tenderloin, Roasted Chicken, Roasted Red potatoes, Asparagus, green beans and Mushrooms.
Cheesecake, Pecan pie, Apple pie and Chocolate Oblivion cake were prepared by local favorite Lester Farms Bakery. Rockwall Late Harvest Zinfandel and Riondo Prosecco were the perfect partners for these desserts!
