Dust Bowl Brewing at Main Street Cellars Thursday

Dust Bowl Brewing & New Beers!

Come in Thursday April 18th…

This Thursday the folks from Dust Bowl Brewing will pay a visit to Main Street Cellars Thursday from 6 to 8 to visit and talk about their beers.

Their Hops of Wrath is on tap, and is also available in bottles.

Dust Bowl also brews:   Fruit Tramp, Super Tramp, Therapist Triple IPA, and Rye Belgian Blonde. They are also coming out with a Rum and Whiskey Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout (on tap soon), Double Red, and Peach/Cherry Belgian Blonde.

Come see why Turlock, CA., is now a beer destination!

Also noteworthy…Dogfish Head’s Noble Rot, is now available as a draft  at Main Street Cellars. But this is for a limited time, only a few kegs were shipped to this region and we were lucky!

See below for more new beers in the shop….

Featured brewer Dust Bowl Bewery’s flagship brew Hops of Wrath, is an IPA in the American style, using a higher hopping rate than the British style, and American hops that produce citrusy and herbal/floral aromas.
We now have it on tap as well as in bottles.

Grand Teton Brewings Double Vision Doppelbock was brewed to highlight the brewery’s wonderful water. Like all the great traditional brewing towns, their home, Victor, Idaho, is in or near some of the world’s best barley- and hop-growing regions, and is distinguished by an ample supply of top-quality water.

Ninkasi Brewing began in Eugene Oregon in 2006 with Total Domination as its original beer. Total Domination has a citrusy, floral hop aroma, and big hop flavor balanced with a richness imparted by Carahell and Munich malts. This beer is a big flavorful Northwest IPA that maintains its drinkability.

On Tap

From our featured brewer of the month Dust Bowl Brewery, Hops of Wrath.

From Dog Fish Head, Noble Rot.

From Grand Teton Brewing, Double Vision Doppelbock.

From New Belgium + Brasserie Dieu du Ciel, Lips of Faith

From Ballast Point Coffee Vanilla Imperial Porter

New Belgium Brewing teamed up with Dieu du Ciel! to make this interesting brew…

Heavenly Feijoa Tripel combines Dieu du Ciel!’s love of hibiscus flowers with New Belgium’s passion for strange and worldly fruit. Feijoa, also known as pineapple guava, has a sweet, aromatic flavor, which makes the aroma of Heavenly Feijoa Tripel luscious and tropical. The beer has Belgian yeast and Nelson Sauvin hops, for a sweet fruit taste, mild spicy tones and a sharp bite. Hibiscus adds a cranberry tartness.

See You

Thursday!

Noble Rot is brewed with pils and wheat malts and fermented with a distinct Belgian yeast strain. Added is grape must from Viognoir and Pinot Gris. It has a spicy white wine body and a dry, tart finish.

Try it on tap while it lasts or pick up a few bottles of this unique blend of beer with grape.

Ballast Point Brewings coffee vanilla Imperial Porter is the thing for someone who wants their coffee with their beer! It infuses Imperial Porter with pure vanilla flavor and specially-selected, hand roasted coffee. The addition of cold brewed coffee to the beer lends a subtle roasted flavor to this robust imperial porter, blending perfectly with rich vanilla and caramel undertones.

Dog Fish Head and Sierra Nevada Brewing collaberate on this one…Rhizing Bines depicts the pairings behind this beer: two hop varietals, two yeast strains (Chico and Doggie), two unique hopping processes and two family-owned breweries. These bonds start at the root – or rhizome – and stretch throughout the mature bines.
